Requirements:

• The business partner must understand the business unit, its interests, projects, and metrics
• Know the key figures of the business they worked in, payroll fund (FOT), and the main metrics related to it
• Candidates with a financial or technical education who know the value of "numbers, rubles, and dates" are preferred. If you have an argument like "I am empathetic, I can negotiate with anyone, people trust me," that's great, of course, but without data-driven decisions, it's not a skill.
