BIOCAD, a biotechnology company, is looking for an HR Business Partner who can identify hidden risks, find growth opportunities within teams and processes, and transform complexity into a sustainable system that operates under constant uncertainty.
What you will do:
- Identify opportunities and risks within the business to strengthen teams in a timely manner and prevent failures: notice where competencies are lacking, where a team is overloaded, or where upcoming changes already require a different approach to people and structure.
- Find bottlenecks in processes and teams to initiate changes before they start hindering results: propose practical solutions – from restructuring teamwork to improving the quality of managerial decisions.
- Support transformations and business projects so that changes don't remain at the idea level: explain the logic of decisions, build support among key stakeholders, and reduce resistance until actual implementation.
- Communicate with managers and experts using facts, so that decisions are based on data and cause-and-effect relationships, not intuition: this is especially important in the biotechnology environment.
We expect you to:
- Have experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic or science and technology environment.
- Have supported changes and business projects – know how to bring initiatives to completion.
- Understand business metrics and be able to explain their impact on people and structural decisions.
- Be able to work with conflicts and act as a mediator between parties with different interests.
- Deeply immerse yourself in the business context and communicate with the team using data, not generalities.
This job is for those who:
- Can act proactively and don't wait for clear instructions for every step.
- Can see the business as a whole, not just through the HR function.
- Can rely on data, metrics, and cause-and-effect relationships.
- Can calmly work in an environment where much is changing and not all answers are known in advance.
- Can be a partner to management, not just an executor of HR processes.
This is not for you if you:
- Are used to working only according to templates and in understandable, stable scenarios.
- Want to solve only classic HR tasks without influencing business decisions.
- Are not ready to take responsibility for initiatives and their results.
- Dislike working in an environment with a high level of expertise, speed, and autonomy.
The company offers:
- A role with real impact: you work not in support, but at the level of business decisions – your initiatives directly affect structure and people.
- An environment where HR is respected: a biotechnology business with a high level of internal expertise, where it's customary to speak in facts and trust partners.
- Space for growth: complex, non-standard tasks at the intersection of HR and business strategy.
- Work format: a comfortable, stylish office on the territory of the scientific and production site PK-137 in Zelenograd.
- The opportunity to work in an office or hybrid format.
