We are looking for an HR Business Partner for the veterinary company Vet Union (IN VITRO project).
Vet Union is its own independent laboratory complex and a network of evidence-based veterinary clinics in Moscow. (up to 300 employees)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of personnel management strategy
- Maintenance and control of the recruitment and onboarding system, control of key HR metrics
- Management of financial indicators in the HR area (share of payroll to revenue, revenue/employee, function budget management)
- Interaction with heads of related departments
- Support of organizational changes and decision-making in the HR area
- Organization of operational support for company employees on HR issues
- Management of the HR department - control of changes in the штатное расписание, personnel records, etc.
- Improvement of the remuneration system: development and updating of motivation schemes
- Participation in group-wide projects and their implementation within the company
- Identification of training needs, approval of training programs, participation in the creation of a corporate university
What you need:
- Higher education, high expertise in all HR blocks
- At least 3 years of experience as an HRD
- Business acumen, specific examples of successful work as an HRD
- Proficiency in tools for strategic planning, recruitment, assessment, motivation, and personnel development
