Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the business in all HR areas (headcount planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, internal communications, turnover management, etc.).
- Developing and implementing a personnel motivation system in collaboration with the business.
- Forming and developing a system for regular employee evaluation, training, and development.
- Creating a positive microclimate within the team, shaping corporate culture, and developing the employer's HR brand.
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP in large companies.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Budget management experience.
- High level of communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a multitasking environment that changes rapidly.
- Business ethics, positive attitude, friendliness, attentiveness, engagement.
