EKONIKA shoe and accessory store chain is looking for an HR Business Partner with a strong development focus to support the regional retail division of the Siberia and Ural divisions – 15 stores
In this role, you will work with managers and teams, develop employees, participate in key HR processes, analyze HR metrics, and implement initiatives aimed at increasing team efficiency and sustainability.
What you will be doing:
- Participating in recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of individual employee development plans
- Monitoring the onboarding process for new employees
- Analyzing the need for staff training, evaluating training effectiveness
- Participating in initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty
- Consulting managers on personnel management issues and conflict situations
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives within the company
- Managing the HR activities budget and maintaining necessary documentation
Candidate Expectations:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in employee and manager development
- Skills in conducting training, development meetings, and team sessions
- Ability to work with HR metrics, analyze data, and develop action plans based on them
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, set priorities, and drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to build partnership relationships with managers and influence decisions within your area of responsibility
- Willingness to travel regularly to stores in the region – approximately 20% of working time
