The perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for an HR BP for the retail department to effectively meet the needs of a fast-growing company and improve HR business processes together with a team of 150 people in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, the UAE, and Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Assist managers in implementing changes in the HR block and identifying weak points after implementation for improvement.
- Monitor the execution of the payroll budget and personnel expenses.
- Participate in employee development and motivation.
- Form a talent pool for management positions.
- Initiate projects that will increase employee loyalty.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP or in C&B.
- Experience in retail will be your advantage.
- Love for people and a desire to help them.
- Understanding of current market trends.
- High communication and organizational skills.
- Positive thinking, friendliness, engagement, dynamism.
