To the ecom company VseInstrumenty.ru is required HR Business Partner for regional RCs.
What you will do:
- Analysis of HR metrics and reporting;
- Support of recruitment, training, assessment, and development processes for employees;
- Maintaining a high level of employee engagement (eNPS) and team stability;
- Consulting managers in resolving current personnel and organizational issues;
- Forming corporate culture, maintaining rituals and traditions;
- Controlling headcount and personnel costs;
- Supporting managers on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development issues;
- Initiating and implementing changes within your area of responsibility.
What is important:
- Experience working with personnel from 500+ people, experience managing distributed sites is welcome;
- Experience as an HRBP from 2 years;
- Deep expertise in key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance appraisal, salary fund management;
- Understanding of business indicators and the ability to build an HR strategy in conjunction with company goals; making managerial decisions based on data and analytics;
- Ability to identify priorities, set them correctly, structuredness and systematicity, result orientation, leadership.
