The foodtech company Shef Market is looking for an HR Director.
What you will do:
Lead and develop HR processes that ensure:
- Recruitment and onboarding of all personnel categories (mass production, specialized staff, TOP, IT)
- HR support (business partnering) for all Company divisions
- Employee assessment and development within the company
- Development of corporate culture, communication of the company's Mission and Values
- Building effective internal and external communications with employees, the labor market, partners, HR branding
Form and develop an effective HR team (recruiters, HRBP, HR administration).
Lead HR projects. Implement and ensure effective work according to company standards and principles.
Lead the HR administration (contractor Bellerage) and Occupational Health and Safety (contractor Ecostandart) blocks as the owner.
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education, high personal expertise in all HR blocks
- Love for people and the profession, a lot of positive energy that you are ready to share
- Understanding of the business, specific examples of successful work as an HRD
- Leadership: ability to take responsibility, complete tasks, achieve project goals
- Technical literacy (working in task trackers, cloud programs, experience implementing HRM systems)
- At least 6 years of experience as an HRD
- Ideally - understanding and successful experience in project management (you will need to be a PM for various HR projects)
