The foodtech company Shef Market is looking for an HR Director.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop HR processes ensuring:
- Recruitment and onboarding of all personnel categories (mass production, key specialists, TOP, IT)
- HR support (business partnering) for all Company divisions
- Employee assessment and development within the company
- Development of corporate culture, communication of the company's Mission and Values
- Building effective internal and external communications with employees, the labor market, partners, and employer branding
Form and develop an effective HR team (recruiters, HRBPs, HR admin).
Lead HR projects. Implement and ensure effective operation according to company standards and principles.
Lead the HR admin (contractor Bellerage) and Health & Safety (contractor Ekostandart) blocks as the owner.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education, high personal expertise in all HR blocks
- Love for people and the profession, a lot of positive energy that you are ready to share
- Business understanding, specific examples of successful work in the HRD role
- Leadership: ability to take responsibility, complete tasks, achieve project goals
- Technical literacy (experience with task trackers, cloud software, experience implementing HRM systems)
- HRD experience of 6+ years
- Ideally - understanding and successful experience in project management (you will need to be the PM for various HR projects)
