Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for middle+/senior/lead and C-level positions (from brief to candidate's start).
- Conduct in-depth executive search: market mapping, analysis of target companies, identification of relevant candidates.
- Perform direct sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates (LinkedIn, referrals, closed sources).
- Develop a search strategy for each vacancy, considering market specifics.
- Conduct interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments (experience, motivation, cultural fit).
- Prepare detailed analytics and recommendations for stakeholders on candidates and the market.
- Act as a consultant for the business: help refine profiles, expectations, and hiring strategies.
- Support candidates throughout all stages, including offer and onboarding.
What we are looking for in a candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience in consulting will be an advantage.
- High level of meticulousness and responsibility for results.
- Well-developed communication skills, ability to build relationships with both internal and external partners.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Ability to engage candidates and effectively communicate company advantages.
- High level of flexibility and openness to change.
