Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

Recruiting workers: assemblers, kitchen operators, packers, loaders, drivers, etc.

• Candidate sourcing using any method convenient for you.

You can use various channels: job aggregators (hh.ru, SuperJob, etc.), social networks and professional communities, resume databases, referral programs, headhunting (direct search among competitors);

• Initial screening. Reviewing resumes, conducting short phone interviews or screening chats to check for basic criteria compliance;

• Organizing interviews. Coordinating times, inviting candidates, providing brief resumes and comments to the hiring manager;

• We provide our candidates with a high level of salary, weekly advance payments, workwear, and are available to them 24/7.

• You can work from anywhere in the world!

• Work experience (mass recruitment, linear, targeted) will be an advantage.

Conditions:

• Piece-rate payment: earn from 10,000 to 15,000 thousand for each successfully onboarded candidate!

• There is NO earning ceiling; the more people you bring in, the higher your earnings. Experienced recruiters earn from 200,000 thousand per month.

• Fully remote work, without a strict schedule or plan;

• Cooperation through Self-Employment (Samozanyatost);

• Possible to combine with main job or studies;
