We are a multi-disciplinary company. One of our areas is employee selection for businesses: from line specialists to sales department heads. We are looking for a recruiter to work with incoming applications on hh.

What needs to be done • Process incoming applications on hh. • Schedule and conduct video interviews in Zoom using a ready-made script. • Fill out the candidate's evaluation profile in Google Sheets.

What we offer • Remote work, possibility of part-time employment. • Piece-rate payment from 60,000 ₽ per month: KPI + bonuses, payments twice a month. • Stable flow of incoming applications. • Ready-made scripts, training and mentorship from experienced HR directors.

Who we are looking for • You have at least 6 months of business communication experience. • You know how to work in the employer's account on hh.ru. • You communicate confidently by phone and on camera. • You maintain a daily schedule of interviews and candidate data in Google Sheets.
