Recruiter Assistant / Sourcer

**I am developing my recruiting practice and looking for someone who can strengthen two key areas: attracting new clients and sourcing candidates.

What needs to be done: — Search for and attract new clients (companies that need staffing) — Build and maintain communication with clients — Participate in vacancy intake and candidate profile formation — Engage in sourcing: search, initial screening, and contact with candidates — Work closely with me at all stages of recruitment

Who I am looking for: — Experience in recruiting / sourcing or sales (preferably in HR or B2B) — Ability to find and attract clients — Candidate search skills (LinkedIn, databases, cold outreach) — Independence and results orientation — Willingness to work in a partnership / flexible employment format
