Vacancy: Full-cycle Recruiter (Remote) 📍 Schedule: 10:00–18:00 (GMT+2 / GMT+3 depending on the season)
🌍 Languages: English (will be a plus) 📌 About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, structured, and multitasking recruiter who confidently fills digital and marketing vacancies in the international market. You will manage the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy definition to candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities: • Gathering requirements and preparing structured vacancy profiles • Market analysis, competitor monitoring, salary research • Building sourcing strategies • Posting vacancies and actively searching for candidates (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, communities) • Conducting screenings, initial interviews, and coordinating interview stages • Monitoring test assignments and deadlines • Preparing offers, collecting documents, and handing over candidates for onboarding • Maintaining ATS/CRM and preparing reports on recruitment performance
✅ Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruiting • Experience filling digital and marketing vacancies will be a plus (Media Buyer, SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, Influencer, Email Marketing, Affiliate, etc.) • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Telegram channels, social media, and job boards • Ability to write engaging outreach messages • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and negotiate • Experience with CRM/ATS systems • Proactive approach to process improvement If you are ready to work in a dynamic environment and fill vacancies quickly and effectively – we will be happy to meet you 🚀
