Salary: $1300–2000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+3)
English level: B1+ (required)
Experience: 1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team and drive hiring processes for IT and Digital Marketing specialists on the international market.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.

Tech Roles:
- Frontend / Backend Developers
- DevOps & System Administrators
- QA Engineers
- UI/UX & Motion Designers
Digital Marketing Roles:
- Media Buyers & Affiliate Managers
- SEO / PPC Specialists
- SMM Managers & Content Creators
Key Responsibilities
- Gather hiring requirements with stakeholders and create job descriptions
- Conduct sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels
- Perform candidate screening and coordinate interview stages
- Manage offers, candidate communication, and onboarding processes
- Maintain ATS/CRM systems and recruitment reporting
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Mandatory experience hiring either IT or Digital Marketing specialists
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search
- English level B1+ (written communication and reading)
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems will be a plus
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and ownership approach
