💰 Salary: $1300–2000 (depending on experience) 🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+3) 🌍 English level: B1+ (required) 👤 Experience: 1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team and drive hiring processes for IT and Digital Marketing specialists on the international market.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.

Positions You Will Hire For

Tech Roles:

• Frontend / Backend Developers
• DevOps & System Administrators
• QA Engineers
• UI/UX & Motion Designers

Digital Marketing Roles:

• Media Buyers & Affiliate Managers
• SEO / PPC Specialists
• SMM Managers & Content Creators

Key Responsibilities

• Gather hiring requirements with stakeholders and create job descriptions
• Conduct sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels
• Perform candidate screening and coordinate interview stages
• Manage offers, candidate communication, and onboarding processes
• Maintain ATS/CRM systems and recruitment reporting

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Mandatory experience hiring either IT or Digital Marketing specialists
• Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search
• English level B1+ (written communication and reading)
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems will be a plus
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset and ownership approach
