🚀 We are looking for a Recruiter (full‑cycle) to join our team!

Hello, colleagues! If you know how to find diamonds and close vacancies faster than we launch a new offer – we are on the same path.

🌍 Work format: remote. ❗ English level: B1+/B2.

What you need to know and be able to do: ✅ 3+ years of full-cycle experience ✅ Closed vacancies in the advertising/marketing department (Media Buyers, SEO, SMM, Linkbuilder, Affiliate Manager, PPC, Content Manager, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, and others) ✅ Write pitches that make a candidate want to talk right now (not just "send a resume just in case") ✅ Build a search strategy for each vacancy and quickly change your approach if the funnel "dips" ✅ Work freely with job sites, social media, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other channels ✅ Manage candidates in CRM/ATS and don't lose a single contact ✅ Communicate competently and structurally in writing and orally ✅ Negotiate, handle objections, and be result-oriented ✅ Don't be afraid of multitasking and deadlines ✅ Want to grow, test new tools, and improve processes
