Recruiter (Part-Time)

We are currently growing and expanding our team. We are looking for Junior–Middle specialists, and there are also vacancies in a subsidiary project. I am looking for a colleague for the recruitment team who will help me unload and can work quickly.

What you will be doing:

— processing applications for vacancies (we only work with applications, no cold outreach);

— initial communication with candidates: correspondence and video calls;

— coordinating candidates with managers;

— scheduling interviews;

— daily reports on candidates.

What we expect:

— recruitment experience of at least 6 months;

— ability to work quickly and independently;

— fluent oral and written communication;

— willingness to be available from 9:00 to 18:00 MSK.

— income of 50,000–60,000 ₽ net;

— part-time employment: 3–4 hours a day;

— flexible schedule: it doesn't matter when exactly you work, the main thing is to be available during working hours;

— no micromanagement: only reports and a weekly call with the recruitment manager;

— employment as self-employed or under a civil contract (alternative options are possible);

— if interested, there is a possibility of training to become an IT recruiter or HR analyst;
