Kvantistika is an online programming school for children aged 7–16, an accredited IT company, and a Skolkovo resident. We have an educational license, which guarantees the provision of high-quality services according to the standards and norms established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Today we have over 13,000 students, and our ambitious goal is to be among the TOP-5 largest EdTech companies in Russia.

Currently, the company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a strong HR specialist.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter (EdTech or fast-growing companies will be an advantage).
• Experience in mass hiring (you know the recruitment stages, you can handle multiple positions simultaneously).
• Proficiency in recruiter tools (e.g., hh.ru).
• Confident PC user, Google Docs.
• Clear and confident communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming applications for vacancies (we have a lot of interested candidates!).
• Conducting initial candidate screening based on the profile.
• Conducting phone interviews.
• Guiding the candidate through the onboarding process (reminders about training start, congratulations on completing training for the position).
• Quality work on the hh.ru platform.
• Maintaining simple reporting.
