Client Manager for an Online School

80,000 - 150,000 ₽

Our Online School is a market leader in online education in the Russian Federation, part of the VK Group ecosystem, and a resident of Skolkovo. We don't teach "like in school." We create the future: we prepare students for the Unified State Exam (EGE/OGE), improve knowledge, and launch IT careers for students in grades 1-9 from scratch. Due to the active expansion of the sales department, we are opening the vacancy of "Introductory Lesson Manager."

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We provide a ready flow of interested clients who have already engaged with the platform.

• Conduct video lessons using ready-made scripts.
• Identify the needs of parents and diagnose the child's learning.
• Work exclusively with "warm" leads who signed up themselves.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Remote format.
• High check and installment payment options for the client.
• Career growth within 3 months.
• Full support: mentor, training, ready-made scripts and materials from day one.

COMPENSATION:

• First month — from 90,000 ₽ (with a bonus for newcomers +20,000 ₽ upon results).
• Average income — 150,000 ₽.
• Top managers earn 200,000 ₽.
• Commission on sales — 3–10% with no ceiling or cut-offs.

And that's not all:

• Discounts on education for family — up to 50%.
• +6,000 ₽ for each referred friend.
• Monthly payments strictly on time.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in active B2C sales.
• Advantage: experience in EdTech, telecom, IT, banks, or microfinance organizations.
• Proficient in sales stages and objection handling.
• Ready to sell via video; communication is your driver.
• Own PC/laptop, stable internet connection, and a headset.
• Pedagogical or psychological education would be a plus.

Key differentiator: You are not just a manager. You are a sales expert who turns a ready flow of students into a personal record income.
