What we offer:
- Fully remote employment format;
- Registration as self-employed with tax compensation;
- Fixed remuneration + KPI bonuses;
- Work schedule with floating days off. 5/2 – one day off on a weekday, the second on Saturday or Sunday. Preferred working hours on weekdays: from 12:00-21:00 MSK, on Saturday or Sunday you can set your own slots within the range of 09:00-21:00 MSK;
- We provide scripts and time to familiarize yourself with the services during training, so you can be confident in your actions.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting a trial lesson for the purpose of selling a package of classes;
- Demonstrating the capabilities of our platform;
- Assessing the student's knowledge and providing recommendations to parents and the student;
- Recording work results in the reporting system;
- Volume: 80 lessons per month, each 45 minutes long;
- Students book lessons themselves according to the schedule you create together with your supervisor.
What is important to us:
- It is important to us that you can express your thoughts clearly.
- That you have a computer or laptop and a stable internet connection for work.
- You know the basic stages of the sales process and have more than 6 months of experience in remote sales. This means you can quickly grasp the specifics of our company's work.
- You also know how to highlight the main points in a conversation and not get distracted by secondary matters. This will help you interact effectively with clients.
- You understand the client's problems and can quickly make decisions to help them.
