Hello! I am the founder of an online school for training technical specialists and I am currently looking for a strong sales manager.
Let me say upfront: we have absolutely no cold base.
The manager will work with people who:
— came into our sales funnel on their own; — watched several free lessons; — got acquainted with the expert and the product; — filled out a detailed 12-question questionnaire about their situation, goals, and desire to study.
Your task is to conduct consultations with already interested people and close them on a suitable training format.
We train people for a new profession — a freelance technical specialist: chatbots, automations, CRM, neural networks, and other technical tasks for businesses.
We currently have over 200 students, the project is actively growing, and new qualified leads come in every day.
We have an educational license, a practical program, student support, and real graduate results.
In short: we are not scammers and we want the manager to believe in the product they are selling.
— Work with warm incoming leads. — Study the applicant's questionnaire before contacting them. — Conduct calls using a ready-made sales structure. — Identify needs and present the program through the specific person's goals. — Confidently handle objections and push towards a decision. — Accompany the client until payment. — Manage deals in CRM. — Provide feedback on leads, scripts, and offers.
We do NOT need a person who just reads a script.
We need a salesperson who knows how to talk to people, diagnose their situation, and close deals on a call.
Important:
— experience selling online education; — experience selling products with a price of 50,000 ₽ or higher; — confident objection handling; — the ability to calmly consult and confidently push a hesitant client; — articulate speech and normal human communication; — CRM experience.
Experience selling products for beginners in freelancing and for the 30-45 age group will be a big plus.
— Fully remote work. — A constant stream of new warm leads. — No cold calls or independent client search. — Ready-made scripts, regulations, product materials, and sales analysis recordings. — A strong product that is not shameful to sell. — Fixed salary + commission + bonuses for meeting targets. — Direct work with project owners without five levels of useless management.
We are currently building our own sales department, so a strong manager can grow into a team lead / Head of Sales and participate in team building in the future.
