🎯 What you will do:
- Conduct Zoom consultations with already interested clients.
- Identify needs, gently handle objections, and close deals.
- Maintain CRM and generate short daily reports (this takes 15–20 minutes a day).
- Participate in weekly deal reviews: together with the manager, you will analyze what worked and what can be improved.
🤝 Who we are looking for:
- Sales experience of 2+ years, including 1+ year of experience conducting sales via Zoom.
- Ability to listen to the client and work according to a script without feeling “scripted.”
- High level of empathy and ability to build trust in 30–60 minutes.
- Confident PC user (Google Docs, any CRM).
- Willingness to learn and grow: we are looking for those who want to be at the top of the results, not just “sit through hours.”
