Sales Manager for Educational Services

We are looking for an energetic sales manager for educational services who will not just sell courses, but help people find new opportunities for development. The institute has over 10 faculties and more than 1500 training programs.

Your tasks:

• Active search and attraction of new clients (B2B and B2C)
• Consulting on professional retraining and professional development programs
• Conducting presentations and online meetings
• Client support at all stages of the deal: from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract
• Maintaining a client database and reporting in CRM
• Participation in the development and implementation of promotions and special offers
• Market and competitive environment analysis

What is important for success:

• Sales experience of 1 year or more (preferably in the field of education or services)
• Excellent communication skills and articulate speech
• Ability to listen and identify client needs
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-organization, responsibility, result-orientation
• Proficiency in PC and modern online tools

Conditions

Salary - 20% of sales.

After a 3-month probation period, a base salary of 50,000 + 15% of sales.
