IT Recruiter

🚀 We’re hiring: IT Recruiter | Remote

We’re looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to supporting them through the hiring process.

Fluent in Russian and English languages (B1).

🔎 What you’ll do — Source and attract IT professionals through different channels — Review incoming applications and independently search for candidates — Conduct screening calls and interviews — Present vacancies and the company to potential candidates — Stay in touch with candidates throughout the recruitment process — Work closely with the team and hiring managers — Achieve recruiting KPIs and focus on results

💡 What we’re looking for — 6+ months of recruitment experience — Strong interest in developing specifically in IT recruitment — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — Ability to build rapport with candidates — Proactive and responsible approach to work — Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment — Russian and English proficiency — Comfortable working remotely in an online team environment

🎯 What we offer — Fully remote position — $1,000–1,500 + bonuses — 5/2 schedule, 09:00–19:00 (GMT+3) — Opportunity to work in both Russian and English — Growth opportunities in IT recruitment
