Can you engage a собеседник and drive a conversation to a result? We invite you to join our team – to work with incoming applications and help candidates find jobs.

💰 Income from 500,000 ₽ per month: base salary + commission + bonuses. Final earnings depend on results. Payments are made weekly.

Your responsibilities will include: • processing incoming applications — no cold calling or random database outreach; • conducting phone interviews and communicating via messengers; • consulting on vacancies and employment conditions; • supporting candidates until they start their job; • managing applications in Bitrix24 and meeting personal targets.

Your experience could be an advantage: sales manager, client manager, call center operator, HR manager, recruiter, or recruitment specialist.
