The MTS Individual Recruitment Team is looking for a "combat unit" to help fill positions such as: analysts (business analysts, system analysts, data analysts, Data Scientists, ML engineers, etc.), technical block experts, information security specialists, developers (Devops, GO\Python\C++ developers, etc.), project managers, strategists, customer experience experts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Familiarize yourself with the process of targeted personnel selection;
• Learn to search for resumes of professionals on job sites and alternative sources;
• Conduct phone screenings or contact candidates via messengers to check key criteria;
• Form a pool of warm leads for vacancies.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Possess theoretical knowledge in HR/Recruitment;
• Willing to work 40 hours a week, 3 days in the office, 2 remotely;
• Able to work both in a team and independently;
• Love to search for information and communicate with new people.
