Responsibilities:

• Fully manage the company's HR administration function
• Build a high-quality internal HR service for company employees

Synchronize the work of contractors and internal specialists:

• Contractor functions: HR records management, Labor protection, Lawyer

• Internal functions: employee services, document flow, development and updating of local regulatory acts, personal data security, military registration, administrative functions, document archiving, termination support

• Lead projects for automation of HR processes (1C ZUP, KEDO)

• Monitor changes in legislation and judicial practice

• Advise managers on labor relations issues

• Ensure compliance with labor law regulations

• Interact with regulatory authorities

• Conduct periodic audits of HR record-keeping and labor protection

Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a medium-sized company with good management practices
• Practical experience in each area of management
• Experience working with foreign citizens
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, 1C 8.3, task trackers, and Telegram
• Love for people and one's work, a desire to provide quality service for employees
• High professionalism, systematic approach, empathy, emotional intelligence
