Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle personnel record keeping: controlling the processing of hiring, transfers, dismissals, leaves, and sick leaves in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Reporting: preparation and submission of established reports to the Pension Fund (Social Fund), statistics, and the military enlistment office
• Interaction with external regulatory and supervisory bodies on the activities of the institution
• Organization and control of the personnel department's work

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 1 year of experience as Head of Personnel Department (experience in the structure of the Government of Moscow is an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and regulations governing the housing and communal services sector
• Proficiency in 1C, SBIS
