Responsibilities:
- Management of the HR department (3 people)
- Organization and full-cycle HR administration (5 legal entities, 300+ staff)
- Development of local normative acts, instructions, regulations, methodological materials, processes for HR administration and interaction with related departments
- Work in the 1C ZUP 8.3 program.
- Preparation and submission of reports, including notifications of the conclusion and termination of employment contracts with foreign employees
- Ensuring the storage of personnel documentation (employment contracts, personal orders and their grounds, registration logs, etc.)
- Civil Law Contract (CLC) management
- Voluntary Medical Insurance (VMI) project management
- Military registration work
- Staff recruitment
- Payroll management
- Working time recording
- Discipline monitoring
- Development and updating of local normative acts in accordance with legislative changes
- HR reporting
- Consultation of employees on labor legislation
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR department in a company of at least 150 people
- Experience in construction/manufacturing is a plus
- Experience working with foreign citizens
- Confident PC user, knowledge of 1C 8.3, Excel, and Word programs
- Sociability, initiative, responsibility, attentiveness
- Promptness, results orientation, ability to work in a team
- Ability to work with a large volume of information and multitask
