HR Business Partner at DomClick Real Estate Service
DomClick real estate service is looking for an HR Business Partner who will not just administer processes but aims to systematically improve business indicators through people management.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for implementing the business HR strategy in the following areas:
Staffing and Retention:
- Monitor team staffing indicators (transfers, hires, retention).
- Conduct exit interviews: analyze reasons for departure and develop measures to reduce turnover.
Onboarding and Performance Appraisal:
- Onboard managers during their probation period: develop and conduct activities.
- Participate in preparing and conducting personnel appraisals.
- Support annual bonus allocation.
- Nominate employees for awards.
Training and Development:
- Approve training costs (internal/external).
- Analyze engagement and atmosphere: support diagnostics, analyze results, propose measures.
Employee Consulting:
- On personnel administration and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (hiring, transfers, dismissals, disciplinary actions, appraisals, redundancies).
- On compensation (monetary/non-monetary), benefits.
Candidate Profile:
- Willingness to delve into business specifics.
- Ability to translate HR initiatives into results.
- Ability to work with metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing payroll budget (FOT) and understanding its impact on the business.
- Proficient user of Excel.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, ability to justify and defend one's position when interacting with senior management.
- Mediation in complex cases and dismissals.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in fast-growing IT/tech companies.
