An HR Business Partner is required at the EdTech company Uchi.ru.
Uchi.ru is the largest Russian online educational platform with an audience of over 20 million users. Children study school subjects, prepare for VPR and OGE, participate in Olympiads, and develop soft skills. It is also the namesake group of companies within VK.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as an HR Partner (experience in IT, Digital, or EdTech will be a significant advantage)
- Experience in managing HR projects and willingness to actively participate in them
- High level of structure, ability to see processes holistically, and developed analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to build partnerships with the business at all levels
Responsibilities:
- Advise key stakeholders on the entire HR cycle: hiring, onboarding, development and training, performance appraisal, rotation, career path, and more
- Participate in financial planning for supervised areas, control and analyze the payroll fund (FOT)
- Work with the engagement and retention of key specialists
- Monitor and maintain a healthy atmosphere in the departments
- Assist in resolving disputes within teams, ecologically facilitate complex cases
- Support and develop performance review, employee development, and appraisal processes
- Initiate and lead internal HR projects, actively participate in joint projects with the business
- Closely interact with centers of expertise: recruitment, HR administration, compensation and benefits (C&B), and internal communications departments
