Online ЕГЭ preparation school 100Балльный Репетитор is looking for an HR Business Partner for the commercial department, who will become a partner for the business and managers in matters of team development, efficiency, and organizational changes.
What you will do:
Organizational structure, performance review, and goal setting:
- Participate in the formation and modification of the organizational structure: define roles, areas of responsibility, and team interaction.
- Analyze the business's needs for people and competencies, and process requests for new positions.
- Support teams through organizational transformations.
- Conduct performance reviews: help managers evaluate employees and translate results into concrete actions.
- Form a goal-setting system for teams.
- Accompany promotions, role revisions, and changes in areas of responsibility.
- Assist managers with employee development plans (PDP) and build career paths.
- Develop and improve team efficiency.
Partnership with managers on HR issues:
- Advise managers on people-related issues, considering the interests of the business and employees.
- Accompany dismissals and other sensitive HR situations.
- Help resolve conflicts and difficult communication situations.
- Participate in decisions regarding the retention and development of key employees.
Budget and Payroll:
- Assist in evaluating planned and actual personnel costs.
- Monitor budget plan vs. actual, and participate in its planning.
- Identify areas for personnel cost optimization.
HR Analytics:
- Analyze HR metrics and find growth points for teams.
- Help make data-driven people decisions.
- Build dashboards and reports on key indicators.
Operational Support:
- Support operational processes related to payments and personnel changes.
Projects:
- Participate in HR projects, engagement surveys, and 360-degree feedback.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP/People Partner/HR Generalist.
- Practical experience with organizational structure, performance review, goal setting, and personnel changes.
- Experience working with teams of 200+ people.
- Experience managing dismissals and layoffs, including those involving large departments.
- Experience in the digital environment, marketing, commerce, or IT.
- Strong HR analytics skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, ability to build dashboards.
- Ability to understand business tasks and propose solutions, not just fulfill HR requests.
- Good communication skills and experience in handling conflict situations.
- Systemic thinking and independence.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in rapidly growing companies with constantly changing HR processes.
- Experience using AI tools for process automation and reporting.
- Experience in independently building HR processes from scratch with measurable results.
