Netology is a modern company that creates online courses and educational programs in partnership with leading Russian universities.
The team is looking for an HRD who will become a full-fledged strategic partner for the company. You will be responsible for the development of motivation, assessment, and compensation systems, as well as for shaping corporate culture and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and development of HR processes in a distributed team
- Creation and implementation of employee motivation, assessment, and grading systems
- Management of the compensation system
- Implementation of changes according to group standards, taking into account the specifics of the online business
- Formation and support of corporate culture, development of internal communications
- Participation in strategic HR projects of the company
- Improving recruitment efficiency (timelines, quality, mass and targeted hiring)
- Building a system for training, career paths, and talent pool development
Requirements:
- Experience as an HRBP/HRD in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility of thinking, ability to quickly adapt to changes
- Skills in implementing HR systems and standards
- Ability to build open communication and trusting relationships within the team
- Ability to work with numbers, economics, and HR analytics
- Experience in change management and employee motivation
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
- Knowledge of labor law, experience working with financial indicators.
