The company aims to continuously develop new approaches in enhancing intellectual and motor skills through user interaction with an educational environment in the form of an interactive developmental complex utilizing digital tools of virtual and augmented reality.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and manage the implementation of an HR strategy that ensures the achievement of company goals for 1-3 years
- Manage and optimize the company's organizational structure
- Develop and maintain processes for team evaluation, training, and strengthening
- Implement processes for assessing employee satisfaction and engagement
- Digitize HR processes
- Formulate data-driven personnel decisions for company owners
- Manage the company's motivation system
- Manage the system for high-quality personnel recruitment and onboarding
- Set up personnel record-keeping

- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Director
- Experience in IT or other industries where the company's main asset is intellectual property and rapid growth occurs, with a staff of 250-500 people
- Knowledge of modern tools and approaches to assessing personnel performance
- Successful experience in developing and automating business processes
- Project management skills
- Implementation of projects related to personnel training, corporate culture, and leadership development
