I am currently looking for an HRD for one of the fastest-growing EdTech projects on the market with a production business model (500+ employees).
The HR function needs to be taken to a new level of systematicity, metrics, and manageability: to increase efficiency and balance team growth with business results.
I would be glad to consider candidates from a similar role in a company with similar dynamics: fast-growing digital structures, creative and production agencies, influencer- and content-oriented businesses.
At the same time, the industry is not a limitation: the key is the alignment of mindset, speed of change, and the ability to bring the system to a sustainable and manageable model while maintaining a high level of process transparency.
