HRD

For an IT company, I am looking for an HRD with an entrepreneurial mindset. It is especially interesting if you have experience launching your own project (developing your own product) in the past or present. Please respond via direct message! I have consciously not written down the tasks, as they are all standard. 4 people in your subordinate team, Moscow, a decent office, market-rate compensation. Thanks in advance!
