Shamil Akhmadullin's School is a market leader in child development. It's not just an online school, but a large-scale project with a 10-year history and a staff of 500 people. The founder is an author of bestsellers with multi-million circulations. The team is currently looking for an HR Business Partner. The goal is to build an effective, engaged, and stable team and reduce staff turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on candidate retention (during hiring/onboarding);
• Working on employee satisfaction (eNPS);
• Working with feedback: shaping the company's HR brand;
• Creating a corporate culture: establishing common values and rules of conduct in the company.
• Working with company regulations;
• Setting up communication between departments;
• Developing a motivation system (C&B).

What we require from you:

• Experience and results in developing corporate culture;
• Ability to work with employee retention;
• Understanding of principles for working with HR brand;
• Experience working in a company where the entire team works remotely.
