2GIS is looking for an HR Business Partner for the IT department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the business in making quality decisions regarding people, teams, structure, headcount, retention, and development.
- Work with HR metrics: turnover, staffing levels, onboarding, engagement, headcount, attrition risks.
- Collaborate with HR functions to support critical HR issues and implement HR projects within departments.
- Build a partnership with the department director and heads of directions.
- Identify risks within teams: turnover, conflicts, decreased engagement, overload, key employee attrition risks.
- Analyze the causes of problems not only at the employee level but also at the management, structure, process, and communication levels.
- Prepare HR statuses, conclusions, recommendations, and action plans for managers.
- Participate in discussions about structure and headcount, verify the justification of requests for new positions.
- Collaborate with recruitment, onboarding, C&B, Training Center, Assessment Center, HR Analytics, and other HR functions to support critical HR issues.
- Handle complex and sensitive situations: conflicts, retention, terminations, management risks.
- Communicate changes and projects from the HR Department to managers, explain rules, criteria, and expectations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR BP in the IT sphere, with experience managing a headcount of up to 400 employees.
- Knowledge and experience in managing key HR processes: payroll formation, personnel administration, grading, onboarding, performance appraisal, retention, offboarding.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools, experience working with dashboards and key HR indicators.
- Successful experience in implementing HR projects.
- Systemic thinking, a high level of independence and proactivity, readiness to initiate changes and be an ambassador for improvements.
- Ability to work in conditions of dynamic changes and multitasking, with the skill to effectively set priorities.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders at various levels, developed skills in argumentation and presenting solutions.

- Work format: hybrid — 3 days in the office / 2 days remote.
