Avito is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic HR business partner on personnel management issues;
- Supporting the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance appraisal, career planning, retention;
- Forming a talent pool and implementing talent management and succession planning programs for key positions;
- Analyzing organizational structure, headcount, and personnel productivity, preparing proposals for improving functional efficiency;
- Managing annual HR cycles: performance review, talent review, bonus payment regulation, payroll budgeting, and headcount planning;
- Tracking HR metrics and employee experience indicators, developing measures to improve it;
- Consulting managers on labor law, HR policy, and personnel performance management;
- Implementing cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with Centers of Expertise: Talent Acquisition, TST, C&B, Internal Communications;
- Supporting transformation initiatives, organizational changes, restructurizations, and integration processes;
- Ensuring compliance with unified HR standards and practices in accordance with company strategy and business needs.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including at least 3 years working with large operational units (300+ people);
- Knowledge of labor law and experience in its application in HR activities;
- Experience with HR analytics and metrics, ability to interpret data for management decision-making;
- Experience in implementing HR process optimization, digitalization, and automation projects;
- Prioritization skills and ability to work in a multitasking, dynamically changing environment;
- Strong communication, influence, and partnership-building skills with managers at various levels.
