HR Business Partner (People Partner)

Role.
We are looking for a person who can combine:
- Strong hunting and attraction of A-players
- Partnership with the business on equal terms
- Team development and strengthening
What you will be doing:
- Independent hunting and attraction of strong candidates (including through non-standard methods)
- Assessing not only experience but also cultural fit
- Working with founders and managers: role formation, expectation calibration
- Participation in key HR decisions
- Employee onboarding and development
- Building and developing performance practices
- Using and implementing AI in HR processes
Who we are looking for:
- Experience as an HR BP / HRM / Talent Partner in a dynamic environment
- Strong hunting experience (not just working with applications)
- Ability to "read" people and determine fit
- Ability to engage in dialogue with the business on equal terms
- High level of independence, speed, and adaptability
- Interest in AI and technologies
