A Head of HR Records Department is required at the multi-profile federal holding company Kavaya Group.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Full cycle HR records management, average headcount up to 200 people, 5 legal entities
- Preparation and submission of reports (EFS-1 and others)
- Participation in the organization and maintenance of migration records (up to 95 foreign citizens). Preparation of documents for job quotas for foreigners (highly qualified specialists with visas), submission of documents to the relevant authorities
- Maintaining military registration records
- Correction of existing local normative acts, job descriptions, regulations, etc., as needed
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in full-cycle HR records management
- Experience in a managerial position in HR Records Management for at least 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and practical experience in resolving complex HR issues
- Knowledge of accounting software 1C: ZUP 8.3 or 1C: ERP
- Experience in conducting HR records management audits
- Experience working with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Experience in maintaining migration records (including highly qualified specialists with visas and quota foreigners) and interaction with the Federal Migration Service
- Experience in developing local normative acts, job descriptions, regulations, etc.
