We are implementing ambitious development plans: today, over 6,000 "OKOLO" stores are already operating in Russia across 53 regions, with shipments from 52 distribution centers. Our goal is to expand to 8,000 stores in 60 regions by the end of 2026, and by 2033, to ensure nationwide presence by opening 40,000 stores.
Due to staff expansion, we are looking for an HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
1. Staff Recruitment and Adaptation:
- Control of the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy profile creation to candidate onboarding;
- Control of the adaptation system, support during the probationary period;
2. Personnel Administration:
- Control of personnel records management (process management);
- Consulting managers and employees on labor law issues;
- Minimizing legal and compliance risks in personnel management;
3. Evaluation, Training, and Development:
- Identifying employee training needs and developing development plans;
- Organizing training, internal training sessions, webinars;
- Participating in regular assessment procedures (360-degree feedback, working with KPIs);
4. C&B:
- Updating motivation systems;
- Administering the social benefits package;
5. Corporate Culture and Internal Communications:
- Assisting in organizing corporate events and team building activities;
- Conducting engagement and satisfaction surveys (eNPS);
6. HR Analytics:
- Maintaining various HR metrics upon request from management;
- Maintaining HR performance reporting;
- Providing data for personnel expense budgeting;
7. Occupational Health and Safety:
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Senior HR Specialist;
- Deep understanding of all HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, development, compensation and benefits, personnel records management);
- Readiness for business trips (Murmansk, St. Petersburg);
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP);
- Ability to view HR processes as part of business strategy, not as isolated tasks;
- Independence in decision-making and results-orientation;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
