- Manage the HR function at the production site;
- Control and ensure the correct implementation and consistency of HR Policies;
- Lead and implement HR Practices at the production site;
- Manage headcount: update target headcount, control headcount, ensure correctness of recruitment requests;
- Reduce turnover / Increase retention;
- Ensure the relevance of the organizational structure;
- Consult employees and managers of the production site on HR matters;
- Build interaction between the production site and HR functions.
You will definitely succeed if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP in retail, food production, or distribution centers;
- Understanding of HR processes - from hiring to termination;
- Independence in decision-making, initiative, high level of responsibility;
- Higher education;
- Analytical and communication skills, ability to create an atmosphere of interaction with HR metrics, experience in building HR processes during business unit integration;
- Stress resistance \ ability to balance in uncertainty, flexibility;
- Partnership building skills;
- Experience supporting the business in forming staffing tables and payroll budgets.
