Join the team to:
- Participate in operational and strategic sessions
- Act as a strategic business partner (ready-to-eat food division): participate in management decisions, organizational structure development and HR strategy, advise top management and synchronize business and HR functions
- Formulate a staffing strategy based on operational and financial plan analysis: forecast needs (6–12 months), manage headcount and payroll fund
- Ensure legal security and manage HR risks (including migration, operational, and reputational), promptly escalate critical issues with well-developed solutions
- Define and implement effective staffing models (recruitment, outsourcing, project teams, automation), including contractor management and SLA
- Participate in the recruitment of key employees
- Conduct HR audits, implement and develop HR tools and practices aimed at improving business efficiency
- Manage personnel development: identify training needs, interact with L&D, control training quality and business impact
- Analyze employee engagement, satisfaction, and turnover, develop and implement retention measures
- Ensure data-driven management: monitor HR metrics and business indicators, prepare analytics and recommendations
- Build effective communication between HR and business, ensure process transparency and compliance with internal regulations
You will definitely succeed if you have:
- Experience as a Senior Business Partner in the food production industry
- Experience in a holding/branch structure
- Experience with the "Ready-to-eat food" area will be your advantage
- Competencies in supporting the business in forming headcount and payroll fund
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective staffing models
- Skills in developing and implementing a division's HR strategy
