SDEK is looking for a strong HR Business Partner who will become a full-fledged business partner and take on the comprehensive support of the sales block in all HR areas.
This is a role for someone who can not only support processes but directly influence business results through people, structure, and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR partnership support for the commercial function (client service)
- Manage team staffing: plan headcount, build and control recruitment, reduce time-to-fill for vacancies
- Manage payroll fund (FOT): plan payroll fund, control its execution, optimize costs, and increase staff efficiency
- Manage staff engagement and stability: reduce turnover, retain key employees, and maintain a positive team climate
- Analyze and improve employee and team effectiveness: conduct HR analytics, identify growth areas, and implement solutions that impact business metrics
- Develop personnel and management teams: form and launch training programs, support individual development plans (IDP), facilitate organizational changes, and structural development
Candidate Profile:
- Experience as an HRBP, specifically supporting commercial functions (call center, client service)
- Deep business understanding and the ability to translate HR initiatives into results
- Ability to work with metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to influence managers and be a partner to them
- Proactive approach and results orientation
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with large datasets
- Practical experience in managing payroll funds and understanding their impact on business, understanding key HR metrics and their interrelation with business indicators
- Skills in managing employee efficiency, engagement, and development
