In SDEK, we are looking for an HR Partner.
What you will be doing:
- Develop a resource plan and recruitment plan for current and future logistics needs in collaboration with department heads
- Monitor staffing levels
- Monitor employee ramp-up to planned performance during the adaptation period
- Analyze reasons for dismissals in conjunction with the recruitment function and HR analytics
- Develop and implement measures to reduce turnover in the regions
- Work with managers on retaining key employees
- Identify training needs at the regional level, evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on business results
- Develop and control HR metrics for the regions, participate in the development and implementation of incentive systems linked to KPI achievement
- Analyze the current organizational structure of regional divisions, design an optimal organizational structure for current and future business objectives
Requirements:
- Business orientation and understanding of HR's impact on financial results
- Ability to influence without direct subordination
- Flexibility and ability to work in conditions of change and high dynamics
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct reasoned dialogue with the business
- At least 2 years of experience as an HRBP, with mass personnel in logistics
- Skills in working with line and middle managers, developing managerial competencies
- Proven experience in reducing turnover and increasing employee retention
- Understanding of business indicators in the logistics block and ability to build HR processes to improve them
- Budgeting skills for personnel expenses, analysis of payroll funds (FOT) and cost efficiency management
- Experience in implementing HR systems and process automation tools
- Knowledge of Russian labor law and HR record-keeping practices
- Experience in developing and implementing KPI-based motivation systems
