At SDEK, we are looking for a Head of Outsourcing Relations
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing a strategy for attracting outsourcing partners to meet the needs of warehouse complexes
- Approving and improving interaction regulations with outsourcing companies
- Managing the personnel outsourcing budget
- Ensuring 100% fulfillment of daily personnel needs at all company facilities (loaders, pickers)
- Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs): attendance rate, productivity, defect rate, safety compliance
- Organizing and controlling personnel adaptation and training processes
- Analyzing the outsourcing market and implementing best practices
- Conducting negotiations and building long-term partnerships
- Promptly resolving non-standard tasks and finding effective solutions
What is important for success:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in mass recruitment and outsourcing of line personnel is required
- Deep understanding of personnel recruitment, adaptation, and training processes
- Understanding of the specifics of warehouse logistics operations
- Strategic and operational management skills
- Ability to build effective communication with partners and internal teams
- Experience with KPIs and performance analytics
- High level of self-organization, initiative, result-orientation
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions
