SDEK is looking for an experienced Head of Sales Department capable of building effective interaction with partners in a designated territory and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales in the partner network within a designated territory
- Analyzing sales in the partner network in the macro-region, forecasting results and necessary resources, studying the market and competitor activities
- Managing the team: participating in staff recruitment and adaptation, evaluating their performance and motivating them to achieve planned targets
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key partners in the territory
- Implementing new tools and solutions for sales development and partner support in the territory
To achieve success, you need:
- Successful sales management experience of 3+ years
- Successful personal sales experience in the B2B segment of 3+ years
- Experience in building an effective team
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, autonomy, and independence in decision-making within the scope of the position
