SDR with growth to B2B Sales
At Lamacon, we currently have a task to regularly generate meetings with Enterprise clients, then hand them over to pre-sales, where a product-competent individual and an equally competent CEO will take over and sell..
And this CEO, in a year or more, wants the future candidate to take on his role in B2B sales.
An experienced consultant (Taras Altunin, Salesnotes) will be assigned to help the new employee during the adaptation period, with the task of doing everything to ensure you pass the probationary period.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 1 year of experience in enterprise sales in the Russian market. (Knowledge of the Retail / FMCG niche will be a big advantage)
- Understands what it's like to work cold in B2B, rather than with incoming leads (they will also be available, but no more than 1-2 per month).
- Lives in Moscow or is ready for regular business trips to Moscow, where 80% of potential clients are located. At the same time, the company is open to #remote work, and there is no need to go to the office.
